Returns & Refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will review and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.
Non-Delivery
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
